B2B Public Renewal and Retention Specialist

Purpose of the position: To raise customer awareness of the renewal phase and to propose new offers, products, or services, as well as to sell products or services to existing customers.
Main Tasks:
- Reviews the list of subscribers that is part of the campaign defined by the reporting team.
- Following negotiations with the aim of retaining a predefined subscriber base.
- Closes agreements and deliveries results in line with the established targets.
- Politely and accurately informs subscribers through outbound calls regarding the purpose of the campaigns.
- Follows up on subscriber requests/complaints via email with the relevant departments.
- Ensures timing consistency in line with scheduled renewals.
- Conducts courtesy calls to ask subscribers whether they were satisfied with the service received.
- Coordinates with postal services to ensure documents have been delivered to subscribers or to follow up on specific cases. Prints and prepares customer documentation to ensure it is ready for delivery.
- Monitors daily activity reports and provides daily reporting to the Team Manager.
- Performs other assigned duties, as required.
- Demonstrates confidence and capability in communicating with coordinators and key decision-makers without hesitation.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in a Call Center is considered an advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of basic computer programs
- Good knowledge of the English language.
