What You’ll Be Doing:

• Online Customer Support: Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient support via chat, email, and social media platforms.
• Advanced Customer Care: Handle more complex customer inquiries and ensure a personalized, solutions-focused experience.
• Digital Communication: Manage interactions on our social media channels, helping us maintain a strong and supportive online presence.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and respond effectively with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Information & Guidance: Clearly communicate product features and services, upsell when appropriate, and help customers make informed decisions.
• Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions accurately in our systems, following internal procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma – all backgrounds are welcome.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most.
• Online Communication Skills: Strong writing, active listening, and the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally.
• Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office tools and familiar with CRM or customer support platforms.
• Multitasking: Able to handle multiple conversations, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a digital work environment.
• People Skills: Patient, friendly, and empathetic – with a natural talent for connecting with diverse personalities.
• Goal-Oriented: Motivated to reach and exceed performance targets, both individually and as part of a team.
