- Senior Data Base Specialist
Your main responsibilities would be:
Installing, configuring and maintaining database infrastructure.
Analyze and help resolving software related issues and recommend solution.
Support database systems to ensure high availability and security.
Support of database operations, maintenance and integration in an operational environment
Provide access to data, control and monitor user access.
Lead database backup and recovery processes, data replication support and archiving.
Support development and implementation of applications
Participate in cross-team projects
Off-shift and weekend work with rotating on call coverage.
What we would expect from you:
University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering
Fluent in English
At least 3 year experience of installing, configuring and maintaining database infrastructure:
(Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Experience with Teradata shall be considered as an advantage
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change
Good communication skills on all levels and across cultures and disciplines
- Service Desk Specialist
Your main responsibilities would be:

- Backup procedures
- Creating trouble tickets
- Coordination with back-office departments
- Coordination with Customer Care department
- Coordination with field team and subcontractors
- Timely response to alarms and failures in accordance with applicable routines and procedures in IT domain
- Create reports
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining users account in AD console
- Providing IT support for hardware and software issues
- Preparing installation files for workstations (SCCM)
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and software applications.
- Others ad-hoc tasks delegated by line manager
What we would expect from you:
- University degree in electrical engineering or computer science (B.Sc.EE mandatory, Mr.Sc.EE expected).
- Team player, able to work independently and capability to cooperate with other divisions

3. ENTERPRISE IT SYSTEM ENGINEER
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Administration of Linux/Unix operating systems and associated software
- Installation, implementation, production maintenance, capacity management and performance control of servers and data storage systems, security and access control to all servers and ensuring the integrity of data from the domain of responsibility
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of business IT infrastructure services
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of virtual and IT cloud infrastructure
- Collaboration in creating backup copies and testing the restoration of production systems and applications
- Configuring and maintaining storage space, including SAN zoning and creating LUNs
- Configuration and administration of backup hardware and software
- Collaborate with development teams, database administrators, service providers, and data center personnel to resolve application situations and issues.
- Providing a higher level of support for the detection and resolution of incidents and problems
- Responsible for writing and maintaining operational documentation
- Application of IT processes and procedures in the service
- Support trend analysis and IT Infrastructure planning
- Project work and system optimization under maintenance
- Requires on-call after hours and weekends, including working as needed during specified hours
What we would expect from you:
- University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering or related area, or equivalent working experience
- 1 year experience in an enterprise IT setting
- Understanding of Linux, Unix operating systems, with particular focus on enterprise level features
- Experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi installation and configuration
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS and backup technologies
- Linux/Unix shell scripting languages is an advantage
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
