Internal IT System Engineer

One Crna Gora DOO is seeking for candidates interested to cover 1 open position of  

                                         Internal IT System Engineer                                    

                                                       in Podgorica

Key responsibilities:

•        Reporting to manager regarding all jobs, activities, operational and current challenges at work

•            Administration of Microsoft operating systems and related software

•            Installation, implementation, production maintenance, capacity management and performance control of servers and storage systems, security and access control of all servers and ensuring the integrity of data in the field of responsibility

•            Installation, configuration and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure services

•            Installation, configuration and maintenance of virtual and cloud infrastructure

•            Installation, configuration and maintenance of device management infrastructure

•            Configuration and maintenance of IT devices related to internal IT infrastructure

•            Cooperation in backing up and testing the return of production systems and applications

•            Collaborate with development teams, database administrators, service providers, and data center staff to resolve application situations and issues

•            Providing support for diagnosing and resolving issues including Desktop Support issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels of support

•            Maintenance and creation of operational documentation

•            Application of IT processes and procedures in the service

•            Design work and optimization of the system under maintenance

•            Requires work outside working hours and on weekends on call, with rotating shifts

•            And other activities ordered by the immediate supervisor;

•            Behaves in accordance with the standards prescribed by the company culture.

•            In his work he shares responsibility for the company's image with other employees

•            All other ad hoc tasks by request of manager

Competences: The ideal candidate should possess

• College or University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering or related area, or equivalent working experience

•            Typical 1 years of relevant work experience

•            knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and system software

•            knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies

•            Excellent knowledge of IT workplace related application servers

•            Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

•            Ability to work in an international team
