What You'll Be Doing:
• Customer Connection: Manage a variety of inbound and outbound calls, as well as written communication (chat, email, social media), ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
• Problem Solver: Understand customer needs, analyze information, and provide effective and timely solutions.
• Sales Savvy: Identify opportunities to promote products and services, upsell, and contribute to company growth.
• Relationship Builder: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all communication channels.
• Accurate Records: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in line with company procedures.
• Digital Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support via digital channels such as live chat, email, and social media platforms.
What We're Looking For:
• Education: Minimum high school diploma.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Customer Focus: Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
• Target Driven: Motivation to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Tech Skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office, typing, data entry); familiarity with digital communication tools is a plus.
