What You'll Be Doing:

•             Customer Connection: Manage a variety of inbound and outbound calls with flair, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.

What We're Looking For:

•             Education: A minimum high school degree – we value diversity and welcome various educational backgrounds.

•             Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but if you bring enthusiasm, that's what matters most!

•             Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.

•             Target Achiever: Set and surpass personal and team targets because success is what we strive for!

•             Communication Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening.
