                         SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST   – in Podgorica

 

 

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • The main purpose of this position is technical support to Frontline team, handling internal and external customer complaints, creating and manipulating tickets in IT domain, cooperation with back-office departments, vendors and subcontractors
    • Backup procedures
    • Creating trouble tickets
    • Coordination with back-office departments
    • Coordination with Customer Care department
    • Coordination with field team and subcontractors
    • Timely response to alarms and failures in accordance with applicable routines and procedures in IT domain
    • Create reports
    • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Maintaining users account in AD console
    • Providing IT support for hardware and software issues
    • Preparing installation files for workstations (SCCM)
    • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and software applications.
    • Others ad-hoc tasks delegated by line manager

 

What we would expect from you:

    • University degree in electrical engineering or computer science (B.Sc.EE mandatory, Mr.Sc.EE expected).
    • -             Team player, able to work independently and capability to cooperate with other divisions
    • -             Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
    • -             Ability to work in a high-pressure working environment.
    • -             Able to handle workload and give good performance
