SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST – in Podgorica
Your main responsibilities would be:
- The main purpose of this position is technical support to Frontline team, handling internal and external customer complaints, creating and manipulating tickets in IT domain, cooperation with back-office departments, vendors and subcontractors
- Backup procedures
- Creating trouble tickets
- Coordination with back-office departments
- Coordination with Customer Care department
- Coordination with field team and subcontractors
- Timely response to alarms and failures in accordance with applicable routines and procedures in IT domain
- Create reports
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining users account in AD console
- Providing IT support for hardware and software issues
- Preparing installation files for workstations (SCCM)
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and software applications.
- Others ad-hoc tasks delegated by line manager
What we would expect from you:

- University degree in electrical engineering or computer science (B.Sc.EE mandatory, Mr.Sc.EE expected).
- - Team player, able to work independently and capability to cooperate with other divisions
- - Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- - Ability to work in a high-pressure working environment.
- - Able to handle workload and give good performance
