Purpose of the position: The systematic recording, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions of the company related to FA.
Main Tasks:
- Participate in preparation of monthly Fixed Asset reports for IFRS and Tax purposes.
- Posts of CAPEX invoices & Custom declarations.
- Posts of FA invoices related to capitalized expenses.
- Prepare the documentation for fixed asset Exports and maintain the Exports file.
- Reviews the form of creating asset master data in SAP.
- Maintains the IFRS16 file & prepares reports for IFRS 16.
- Maintains Asset Retirement Calculation application.
- Posts the Rental expenses.
- Reconciliation of fixed assets and relevant invoices after the process of construction.
- Controls and posts asset breakdown as per technical division request.
- Follows any deviation that may arise due to technical problems, till final resolution in collaboration with other relevant department, to assure the correct view of the financial position & performance data in the systems in regard to Fixed Assets and expenses.
- Follows the implementation of accounting and reporting scheme in SAP/ONE ERP till successful completion in collaboration with other departments, when might be necessary.
- Ensures compliance with Tax and internal procedures in regard to purchasing or selling invoices registered.
- Ensures the correct reporting in Tax ledgers of the invoices registered as per points above and proper reconciliation with Accounting Ledger.
- Participates in fixed assets inventory in the warehouse, third parties and sites as required.
- Prepare the documentation for the fixed asset write off/sale or other related transactions and make the respective postings.
- Supports and assists with different requests during Internal, External & Tax audit phase.
- Other reports and duties as per job related responsibilities.
- Develops and maintains solid working relationships.
- Follows the procedures for the double taxation avoidance with foreign vendors ensuring the completion of the necessary documents needed for the application.
Education: Finance - Accounting University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: At least 3 years of previous experience in accounting.
Skills:
- Very good communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Learning capability and strong will, correctness, capable to provide reconciled services, to work in group and efficiently, with acute attention to details and deadlines cooperative, efficient, capable working in group and within the deadlines.
