Purpose of the position: Operation and Maintenance of Billing and Charging applications, ensuring high service availability and accuracy.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Operate and Maintain Billing & Charging Applications (dPCC, SCP, DRA, dBRM, CAL, SAP CC/CI, FMS, Hazelcast etc.) focusing on the Billing area; ensure the proper operation of applications by providing first and second level of support.
  • Perform day-to-day health checks of the respective applications, provide first and second levels of support to resolve the identified issues, and follow up with Vendors for a high level of support.
  • Execution and monitoring of Mobile/FIX Invoice Process, (including Invoice Checks, fixing all identified cases), Bill Export, Bill Dispatch and Dunning Process Mobile service.
  • Analize the demand for configuration changes on Billing and Charging applications and provide solutions; perform their implementation and verifications in all the environments (UAT & Production).
  • Participate and follow up the implementation of application’s hot fixes, upgrades and new releases together with Vendors.
  • Automation of operation and monitoring tasks by creating scripts or automated jobs.
  • Follow up the incident management and problem management processes.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints according to the agreed SLA.
  • Performing standby duty according to company procedures. Working overtimes and night hours.
  • Other duties as per job responsibilities.

 

Education: Electronic Engineer, Computer Science or other similar Diploma University Degree (Msc).

 

Experience and Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous experience in the Telecommunication area.

 

Skills:

  • Good IT and Telco systems literacy (Billing, Diameter, SCP , Camel, SS7, Web-Services, Gx/Gy/Ro/Rx/Rf, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge on OS (Linux) and Databases (ORACLE, MySQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent level of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technical requirements.
