Purpose of the position: Support Customer on direct contact channels & social media. Provide superior experience by resolving customer concerns and deliver brand promises.
Main Tasks:
- Answer politely and correctly to the customers’ demands through inbound calls on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
- Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as: billing, retention, marketing, satisfactions and on Network and services, procedures and tariffs.
- Answers politely and correctly to the One Shops, Master Agent’s demands arrived through inbound calls and SR on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
- Identify, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Centre procedures and One policy.
- Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration.
- Activation/deactivation of customer service through E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Centre procedures.
- Interact with another team to solve customers’ technical problems.
- Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Shops & Customers.
- Answer correctly to customers’ demands through social media.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: 1 year preferable in similar areas of customer support for the shop.
