Purpose of the position: To maintain and expand B2B’s customer base. Responsible for all sales activities in assigned account. Monitor and report on market
and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Main Tasks:
- Achieving predefined B2B sales targets and maximizing the revenue to contribute to company's strategic targets.
- Respecting deadlines as per the request of his/her supervisor.
- Cross selling and promoting company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Providing all relevant information, written offers, products, and services to the customer and informing them about any new tariffs or services.
- Collecting, evaluating, and analyzing customers’ needs and proposing to the customer the most efficient combination of our products and services.
- Maintaining and developing existing and new customers, aiming for business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular meetings with customers according to a defined plan available in the company systems based on the respective procedures and frequencies.
- Monitoring competition.
- Identifying and following up on new prospects and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare regular reports regarding the fulfilment of overall duties, as per request of her/his supervisor.
- Other duties as requested from the supervisor.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, advertising, sales promoting techniques and marketing.
Skills:
- Self-confidence, and ability to work in team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and English language.
- At least 2 years driving license and proved driving experience.
