Purpose of the position: Organize and maintain the day-to-day operations of Merchandise Department by reporting KPIs, execution of operational activities, optimizing operations and aggregating inputs

and outcomes of daily tasks of the team. Define products in B/OSS in coordination with IT, Accounting, Logistics and Digital teams, following company procedures.

 

Main Tasks:

 

  • Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports related to merchandise performance KPIs (sales, inventory levels, budget control).
  • Propose and implement optimizations of day-to-day activities of the department and reporting.
  • Assist Head of Merchandise in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
  • Aggregate and follow up fulfilment of quarterly forecasts for needed supplies prepared by the respective Device Portfolio Experts.
  • Maintain prices of products in B/OSS in coordination with IT, following company procedures.
  • Inform interested departments (Sales, Customer Care, HR, etc.) about update of prices.
  • Maintain merchandise products database in accordance with department needs.
  • Create and follow approval process of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
  • Follow up delivery schedules and alert in case of delays, wrong documentation, etc.
  • Inform Sales departments on availability, order status, new launches, product discontinuations.
  • Maintain Merchandise Standard files and instructions.
  • Maintain department internal documentation like descriptions of reporting preparation, creation of products, maintenance of prices, etc.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employees’ qualifications and responsibilities.

 

Education: University Degree in the field of Economics or Accounting.

 

Experience: In Commercial in the field of Retail Sales, Operation, Process Support. At least two years of previous experience on the area.
