OPEX & CAPEX Controlling Specialist

Purpose of the position: Effective Control of Operative Expenses and Capital Expenses. Prepare, support and report financial and non-financial package for One Albania results and forecasts.

Main Tasks:

• Preparation of the budgeting and forecasting cycles & long-term plan (budget input template, SAP budget upload etc..).
• Ongoing monitoring and analyzing of OPEX & CAPEX lines per function of actual vs. Budget.
• Maintain and continuously improve reporting templates and dashboards for better visibility and decision support.
• Ongoing monitoring of functions budget, contracts, and approval of purchase request expense in SAP and release upon proper approvals as per One PR policy.
• Advise business partnering with relative stakeholders.
• Preparation of deliverables for other internal and external stakeholders, audit, or management.

Education: University Degree in Finance/ Accounting.

Experience and Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in relevant position.

Skills:

• Excellent/very good use of Sap SW, Advanced Excel & Good command of MS Office Package.
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, able to work independently, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team players with excellent communication skills.
