PR and Communication Senior Manager

Purpose of the position: PR and Communication Senior Manager is responsible for leading the company’s PR, Communication and Corporate Responsibility agenda, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and governance of technology-enabled social impact initiatives aligned with One Albania’s values and 4iG Group’s mission.

Main Tasks:

• Develop, implement and lead the Corporate Responsibility strategy in alignment with One Albania’s business objectives and 4iG Group values.
• Develop and execute integrated PR and communication campaigns to strengthen corporate reputation and promote sustainability and social impact initiatives.
• Manage media relations, including preparing press releases, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with key media stakeholders.
• Create and oversee internal and external communication content, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups.
• Define and lead annual priorities and programs across the PR and Communication areas.
• Lead, design, implement, and oversee grant programs and charitable initiatives with measurable and sustainable impact.
• Identify social needs and develop partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and communities to deliver technology-driven solutions.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including donor identification, engagement, proposal development, and fundraising events.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain strategic partnerships with donors, corporate organizations, NGOs, government entities, and community stakeholders to secure sustainable support, and create mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance program impact and organizational reputation.
• Manage the PR and Communication annual budget, financial operations, contracts, and resources, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Prepare, coordinate, and oversee the company’s Sustainability / ESG reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with applicable standards and stakeholder expectations
• Monitors and assesses legislation and regulations, which may impact on the Sustainability and ESG, alerts management, analyses alternatives and recommends appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting standards.
• Represent One Albania externally and act as the spokesperson for its mission and activities.
• Coordination of local support projects with the parent company’s CSR activities
• Management of tasks related to group-level CSR projects.

Education: Degree in Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Impact, or Strategic Management is required. Masters in these fields are a plus.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, PR and Communication.
• Proven experience in developing and managing social impact programs and partnerships.
• Leadership experience in managing projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Professional certifications in CSR, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, or Nonprofit Management are a plus.

• Skilled in collaborating with government, NGOs, communities, and international partners
• Excellent command of English and Albanian, additional languages is a plus.
